This direct oceanfront 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is styled with decorator furnishings. Bed sizes include a king in the master, a queen in bedroom 2 & 3 and a queen sleep sofa in the living area and can occupy a family of 8.
Guest supplies all sheets, towels, paper and soap products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
This property features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a laundry room, four TV's and WIFI ! Deluxe oceanfront building on 48th street with a large indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room, large sundeck and more. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday in season.
There is an $138 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas.

Great Condo

This is the best condo I've stayed in! Love that the check-in is in the lobby vs. going to realtors office. Very nicely decorated condo building, has a pool, workout room, indoor storage cages for pool stuff (chairs, umbrella, ...). The apartment had higher end furnishings, comfortable beds, lots of pillows (need to rent extra pillowcases). Wish there were more kitchen cook ware items, baking pans, ... I would definitely stay again.
