Location was great a few steps from beach and boardwalk. Plenty of places to eat locally. Place was very clean but could use a few items replacing. Overall lovely stay with girlfriends.

The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, mugs, and silverware but other than that it was pretty bare bones throughout. From reading reviews beforehand, we brought a lot of items with us which helped a lot- towels, hand soap, oven mitts, cooking supplies, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, etc. Some of the furniture is falling apart but the house was very clean and the beds were comfortable and it was great having 2 bathrooms and the layout is spacious and we were able to walk to the festival grounds at the end of the boardwalk. If you bring the extra items you need and aren’t looking for luxury, then it’s a great place to stay and it’s right off the boardwalk and with free parking.

Great location

When we arrived to the house it was very clean and very nice. The pictures did not do it justice. Unfortunately there was only one garbage bag provided in the kitchen, no paper towels provided, no potholders, no dish towels to wipe the countertops. Our stay was from Saturday to Wednesday and by Monday morning I woke up with several bites on my body. I thought maybe they were mosquito bites because we were out and about on the boardwalk but then Wednesday morning when I woke up to check out, I found two bedbugs in the bed one on my pillow that I was sleeping on and one underneath my pillow. I also woke up with several more bites all over my body.

Room for family and friends for a week long stay

Recently renovated. Super location, 100 feet from boardwalk. Drug store, liquor store, convenience store are walking distance; grocery store is 3 miles drive. Beds are comfy. Hot water and good water pressure in the showers. A/C worked well and kept cool when outdoor temp was 80 deg. New windows open easy to enjoy cool beach air at night. Enjoyed hanging out on the front porch. Plenty of sights and sounds on the street during the day, but quiet neighborhood at night. Kitchen well equipped with full size refrigerator, electric stove , sink disposal, and dish washer. Clothes washer and dryer were super to have for a week long stay. Pay attention to whether you are booking the top or bottom unit if it matters to you. This review is for the top unit. Each unit gets two parking spaces in the back yard, there is extra free parking on the front street that turns over frequently. Super clean unit. Would stay again, highly recommended. Reduced rating for lack of communication, miscommunication; contract navigation, dirty A/C filter, lack of light bulbs, cheap/torn shower curtain, lack of trash bags, overgrown sticker bushes in back yard, usable/missing ceiling fan in bedrooms.
