Oceanfront 3 Bedroom Condo directly on the Boardwalk with a Great Balcony

Regency - 21st on the Boardwalk
Living Area and Master Bedroom directly on the ocean. Walk out through the sliders from either room onto the balcony and look down on the boardwalk and out at the ocean.
The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out twin trundle.
The sofa is a queen sleeper
Cook a wonderful dinner while looking directly out at the ocean from the well stocked kitchen. Even doing dishes is not bad with that view on a beautiful sunny day.
Room for 6 at the dinning table.

Starting 4/1/2026 Linens are now included:

A set of sets are provided for each bed and beds are made - The only exception is the sleeper sofa in the living room. Please bring your own queen sheets if needed.
A towel set for each sleeping guest - 8 sets
Bathmats in each bathroom

There are plenty of pillows and blankets available in the closets

besides some construction going on around the area my wife and I enjoyed our stay. The view every morning and evening was beautiful. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk, with great views in any direction. The sunrise is stunning to see. Our 3rd stay here to relax, it's within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach! 3 bedrooms (comfy beds!) give each of us our own room, which is nice. We also had a great view of the Corvettes on the boardwalk! Our host Phil is always super helpful and responsive to any questions, which is a bonus to have a host who prioritizes his guests' enjoying their stay. Highly recommend!
