Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect location, beautiful clean home. More amenities than are even listed-contains beach chairs, beach cooler, wagon, blender, crockpot, griddle. Great week on the beach!

Great condo!

Property managed by vacasa at time of stay. Great ocean front condo. Was very well equipped. My kids (age 2 and 4) had a blast and there was good bedding options for them. There were even some plastic plates. My wife and I enjoyed the balcony and it's great view. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an ocean front 2 bedroom.

Very pretty, couple things went wrong

When we arrived there were dirty diapers still in the trash can and sand piles all over the floor. Also the sliding door is very difficult to open and close. And mid way through someone came.in while we were out and left a note in out bathroom saying the shower was leaking into the unit below and someone from.the building management would call us in the morning but no one ever did so 8 of us had to use 1 shower for 2 days.

Properat has amazing ocean front views, and would be perfect if things worked and a littlefollow up

Amazing views, great location, nice rooms. If only the rental company would have followed through. Keys were not left in the drop box (a major inconvenience after a 10 hour drive), the washer and dryer wasn't hooked up, and when the rental agent (Russell) came by, he promised to stay with the unit until it was fixed. We came back, no Russell, no calls, to laundry. This experience could have been so much better. Never did anyone even offer to try to make it right. Disappointing.
