Especially the staff everyone was so nice so polite and so helpful when we had an emergency they were right there to help us the lady at the front desk. Paula was extremely helpful to us getting our dinner cooked and it turned out to be an awesome fun relaxing trip mostly due to the staff of this facility they were awesome. I would recommend it to anyone that has headed that way.

The room was perfect. We stayed 9 nights. Plenty of room to spread out-- balcony, kitchen area, shelf in the shower. Only 2 small little things...no curtain or pocket door between beds and sofa/TV. This hotel does allow dogs and I heard some barking. But overall itcwas a great room

Used to be 5 stars, room door had isses shutting properly, bathroom door would always bang on the shower door. Firepit wasn't working... Even after addressing these issues nothing was done, time to find a new hotel in Ocean City

Wonderful and interesting place to stay

The Residence Inn was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The room above me overflowed their shower or something and water came into my shower through the ceiling light. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it and said someone would be out to fix it. The location is great, it’s an easy walk to the beach and other places, but back from the “main drag” a bit.

A few things weren’t completely clean in our room, inside of oven, a couple spots in bathroom around shower/sink area, and a random lighter left on our balcony but other than that super well kept. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options! We loved that the outdoor pool was open later and was heated. Having a full kitchen and ocean view balcony was also nice. Elevators and area was safe feeling. Easy to go to and from hotel. The bed was super comfortable! Rooms weren’t soundproof because I could hear anything going on in hallway even with bedroom door closed but that wasn’t a huge deal. The last day of our stay at 9:15AM someone did start coming in to our room even though we had the “all-set” tag on door and saw me naked after I had just showered, so that was super uncomfortable and frustrating. Overall we were happy with stay and would stay there again.
