The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
Smoking is not permitted.
4TH TV FOR DVD USE ONLY. The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We love the Sea Watch Building. The property manager was very accommodating. Love that linens are included and beds are already made when you get there. The only problem was that the toilet in the master bath would not flush properly. You had to take the lid off to flush it. We reported it but no one ever came to fix it. After 2 days my husband fixed it himself.

We had a wonderful trip to Ocean City! We forgot how much we loved it there. The unit we stayed in was clean but could use a little updating. Beds were comfortable and we had a great view of the fireworks! Loved that we could walk right onto the beach.

The balcony was the best part

I was not impressed at all by the unit. The bed was uncomfortable and The bedspread at least 20 years old. Everything felt old and not maintained I felt uncomfortable that I would sit on a towel instead of the sofa.Vacasa did a great job, I have no quarrel with them but the owners of this unit have to do a refresh

August stay at sea watch

The unit itself is a little dated but overall layout and set up is extremely accommodating for a family vacation. We enjoyed our stay. The Sea watch property was more impressive than the listing vibe gave. We were very happy with our choice to stay at this location and utilize vacasa for the first time. They provide more than neighboring condos that we have stayed in before which makes it easier when planning to travel and pack for a family with small children. Thank you again! Hope to stay again in one of our next family vacations!

Charming condo in OC

Overall this was a great place. Loved the location. Not too far from Delaware and Assateague Island National Seahore. The property offered many activities for all to enjoy. The balcony offered amazing views of the ocean side and bay side.I will say that the master shower needs some attention. Also add a few more pillows to each bed.

Family Beach Week

Online booking, check in, parking all went smoothly. Upon arrival we immediately reported that the freezer was iced up and the toilet paper dispenser in bath 2 pulled off the wall. I got a quick callback and the bath was repaired but they said they would fix the freezer after we checked out. Cleanliness was average to poor, I found dirty dishes and pots and pans in the cabinets as well as hair clumps in bath 1. I ended up cleaning and arranging the kitchen myself. There are insufficient outlets in the kitchen for the appliances, i.e. coffee maker and toaster. Not all the tv's worked. There is a bathtub but no stopper so no way to take a bath, shower only. On the bright side the beds were comfy, the balcony views stunning and the facilities there very nice.

Amazing Property

This property is great! Access to beach, 3 pool areas, little cafe/ice cream shop, beautiful courtyard! In fact, we spent alot of time sitting and enjoying the evenings in the courtyard. They have arcade, movie theatre, pool table and great playground for kids. Tennis and basketball too! It has something for everyone. Perfect location for grocery, dining, shopping activities! Parking is in garage and security is lovely. My favorite attribute of this property is the VIEWS. We had the bay side plus beach. It was AMAZING to see sunrises and sunsets. I definitely will book again.

Perfect location, great amenities

We wanted a spot on the beach, but more of a family setting away from late night loud parties. This was a perfect location, with an ocean view and behind us a bay (sunset) view. The place was well maintained, with an inviting fountain garden area in the courtyard AND covered garage parking onsite so no hot car when we wanted to go do things. The balconies were set up so it seems like all the rooms have an ocean view which was ideal for morning coffee or late afternoon chilling. There were loads of amenities for families from tennis and bball courts, to a movie theater onsite. Great location, and fun for our whole family.
