Staff was very nice! Our view was great, from our balcony we could see the ocean, the bay sunset, and the city. The spinnaker has everything we needed. It was clean, the pool area was nice, my teenagers loved the location because the boardwalk is right there, Steps to the beach and shopping.. Of all the places we have stayed around OC this was our favorite location by far! We will be staying here again next year.

Affordable & convenient room

Check in was easy, kitchen, room & bathroom were clean. We needed a kitchen to cook considering the ever rising cost of eating out. Only insignificant issues were the small/short full sized beds, ac unit blasting heat onto then balcony making it unusable and being assigned a first floor room directly over a restaurant. Cafe noise wasn’t the problem but the delivery trucks slamming doors at 4:45 in the morning were. We didn’t sleep well.

My stay here was great besides a toilet that sounded like a bird was inside, the bathroom was small for 4 people staying and the tub water didn’t drain that well. Other that that the room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it’s very close to the beach and boardwalk.

I had a positive overall experience during our stay at this motel, which is conveniently located near the beach in a popular tourist city. However, I felt disappointed that there was no self-service laundry facility on-site, and the nearest laundromat in the city was not within walking distance. I believe adding a self-service laundry facility would greatly enhance guest convenience and satisfaction, especially for those staying multiple nights.

Always wanted to stay here... Property is a 4 out of 5. Don't expect the Hilton but way better than the normal motel. Rooms are dated but clean. Beds were good. Would stay again.

Would come back again.

Great location , spacious room. Bathroom quite small. No space to put toiletries. Decent kitchen area , although we didn’t use. Pool area nice , but small for this size hotel. A reserved handicap space was accommodated, which was great. I didn’t use housekeeping in my 3 night stay but they were accessible if you needed anything. As for cleanliness the bathroom floor/ corners could be cleaner. Overall i would stay again as you are steps away from the beach.
