Everyone will find this indoor/outdoor space thoroughly relaxing. There is also a master bedroom with en suite full bathroom on this first floor! The second floor boasts 3 additional oversized bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms and a deck both off the front and back for your enjoyment. The third floor is where the all the fun is... A beautiful open game room with multiple arcade games, a tv, a jukebox, and a full bar! This floor also has a full bathroom and a deck to enjoy more of the beautiful canal/bay views. This is a great house to stay in for any large group! It has plenty of space, an awesome third floor, and a spacious deck out back. It is located in a great quiet neighborhood and has access to a great pool. Would highly recommend renting here!

It was a fantastic spot with great views of the sunset right off the bay. Had an amazing game area which my son absolutely loved the car racing game on the 3rd floor. Great spot for fishing when it gets warmer. Very clean. Great place for all ages, we had kids there from age 1, 3, and 13 and they all had a blast.

We have been coming to oc for 15 years and this House was perfect for our trip and had everything you need to enjoy a long weekend! The 3rd floor set up was a special bonus to the house that we really enjoyed! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Memorial Weekend Trip

It was a great house and perfect for the group that came. Ample space and rooms (everybody had their own bed). This is rare to find in OC for the price. It was great hanging out on the deck and enjoying the view of the bay.
