The home is situated on a lot-and-a-half with a large fenced side yard and is just:
3 blocks to the Ocean
1 block to the Great Auditorium
1/2 block to Main Avenue and local shopping
3 blocks to Asbury Park's shopping and entertainment
The fenced-in outdoor space has a wrap-a-round patio with outdoor lounge and dining furniture, a gas grill and a full-sized, hot/cold outdoor shower!
Peaceful, quiet Ocean Grove is a perfect summer destination. Situated perfectly close to the beach, the Great Auditorium, Main Avenue as well as a few short blocks to Asbury Park and all its action makes for a perfect vacation spot.
What makes this house unique:
We fell in love with this house mostly because of its large outdoor space which, coming from the city, we really coveted! There are not many homes in town with this much private outdoor space and there's nothing lovelier than sitting out back in the garden, sipping an iced tea and just...relaxing. The house itself also has lovely features such as beautiful wide plank hardwood floors, a Juliet porch off the front bedroom and a full front porch with rockers - perfect for watching the world go by...

A week in Ocean Grove
We all enjoyed our visit..beach within walking distance. Learned more about the history of Ocean Grove by taking the walking tour sponsored by the OG Historical Society. Just fascinating. The town has a unique charm.

Great place for the family!
We loved our stay at Jim’s home. The location is awesome- close to the beach, town, and activities. The home has plenty of space, and everything we needed. We really enjoyed the charming front porch and backyard, beach passes and chairs, etc. We'd definitely stay there again on a visit to Ocean Grove.
