Happy Daze (hosted by premiervacationrentalsnc) is steps from the sand with 6 star hospitality. Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and comfortably sleeps 10. This beautifully decorated home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an island, coffee bar, bathrooms with soft towels and ready made beds with linens and blankets. There are TV’s in each bedroom and living room all equipped with ROKU…YouTube TV, Disney+, ESPN+, HULU and Paramount +. We offer a plentiful assortment of kitchen and bath amenities for convenience, including in-shower toiletries, makeup removal cloths, hair dryer and beach towels.
-Fully equipped kitchen amenities include both a Keurig & auto drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, pots, pans and an assortment of utensils for home cooked meals.

-For your enjoyment, we provide you with a variety of K-Cups, filter coffee packs, individual coffee creamer, sugar and Splenda. -A variety of Tazo teas is furnished for you as well.
-Along with oil and spices, there is a plentiful supply of dishwashing soap, hand soap, dish towels, sponges for your convenience.
-There is a large deck off of the kitchen with a grill, grill utensils and a beautiful polywood table and chairs that is perfect for an evening of Al Fresco dining.
-All queen and king beds include new Zinus memory foam mattresses and luxury pillows.
-The master bedroom includes a king size bed with a large closet and a private bathroom.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin size bunks beds with a trundle, perfect for kids.
-Downstairs, with a private entrance, you will find the fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds along with a private bathroom. This area has its own split unit for A/C and heat.
-USB ports on night stands in each bedroom.
-There is a full size washer/dryer with laundry detergent located in the second bathroom.
-In the laundry area, you will find a full size ironing board with an iron and laundry basket.
-Downstairs on the parking level, you will find a storage room with beach items for your convenience including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, beach buckets for building amazing sandcastles and a corn hole board with bags.

We have a Ring doorbell on the front entrance and a Ring backyard camera.

This was a perfect home for my family! Loved the easy access to the beach especially with our 1.5 year old! We watched beautiful sunsets every night on the back porch. The putt putt was a great addition and our daughter loved it. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The included pack and play and high chair was a nice touch so we did not have to pack ours. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in!The owners thought of everything possible needed for your stay. Many nights were spent around the gas fire pit roasting marshmallows while playing putt putt. This home is steps from the beach! The owners have all your beach necessities and more. This home was exactly as we expected location, easy entry, well stocked with everything we needed. The home’s decor was inviting and comfortable. We had rain and shine and felt like we didn’t need to go home early due to no sun!The beach, grocery and restaurants were all very close. The house was very nice. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach which was a nice secluded cove that was great for children. The kids really enjoyed the mini-golf course. Well equipped with chairs and other accessories to take to the beach. Definitely would return.
