Treat yourself and your family to a much-deserved escapade at this peaceful home located in a quiet mainland community just a couple of blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway and walkable to restaurants and shopping. This newly updated home sits on .40 acres (two lots) on Eyota Drive, a highly desired street to live on. You can walk to supermarkets, restaurants, shopping boutiques, beauty salons, and so much more. The beach is two miles away!

The home enjoys an outdoor patio area where you can relax and sip your morning coffee or evening cocktails after a fantastic day at the beach. As you enter, a cozy open floor plan will greet you. The kitchen is complete with everything you could need to prepare the most delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances, a high-rise kitchen faucet, and a tiled backsplash. The open living area provides a great place to host binge-watching evenings thanks to the smart TV. Streaming services will require a guest account to access.
