There is one overflow parking pass for this home. If lost the guest will incur a $100 fee for replacement.



We cannot guarantee the communal elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. The HOA manages and maintains the elevator, not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not give refunds if the elevator is broken or unusable during your stay. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at home). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.



Pool is maintained by the HOA and not Brunswick Vacation Rentals. We do not have any control over when the pool opens seasonally, or if it closes for any reason. We do NOT give refunds if the pool is closed by the HOA for any reason.



EV Charging is not permitted at the Islander Villas. Golf cart charging is permitted, no drop cords.

Unit was clean, beach towels in laundry room in case you forgot yours. Only one tv for the entire unit. Not the best situation if your group is stuck inside during a rain. The only real issue we had was the fridge didn’t cool-at all. Housekeeping put a note on it telling us it would take time to cool because it had been cleaned. We had already purchased groceries on our way in. We ended up moving what we could to the freezer section-which was cooling. The next day, while we were still waiting for the fridge to cool, we were notified that a new fridge was being delivered. Obviously housekeeping knew the fridge wasn’t working properly but failed to inform management who ,hopefully, would’ve let us know earlier. I don’t feel this takes anything away from the unit itself. Overall a very nice rental.
