This 2500 sqft home is located 2 Miles on the mainland, (Across from Lowes foods) and Is a fun quick golf cart ride to the Beach.
Enjoy nature all around as you enjoy Coffee on the porch watching the deer graze and the squirrels play!!!

Sleeps 8 comfortably, Perfect for multi family's needing privacy,
Featuring dual master suites with walk in showers and both having their own living space.
Beautiful Custom stocked Kitchen with all modern amenities,
The home also provides a private office space, Fire pit area for those evening gatherings, Large driveway for lots of parking/trailers and plenty of shade for escaping the heat from your days activities.

- 2 Queen - 1st floor shared hallway bath (tub and shower)
Master #2- King 2nd floor, walk in shower Bathroom, private living room, private office (contains the whole 2nd floor) No pets on upper level.
Paper towels, Toilet paper, Dishwasher pod, Dawn soap are provided by the owner but it is recommended that guests bring extra, the amount is just a starter


Pets:
-2 small bread dogs are allowed, No cats
-No pets on any furniture
-No pets allowed upstairs, Do not remove the pet gate at stairs
-Please be respectful and clean up after your pets.
- A cleanup fee will be charged if the grounds are not cleaned



Island/Beach Parking:
FREE ISLAND PARKING for 1 vehicle, located at quiet Driftwood beach access and is 3/4 Mile to the West end!!!! (right at the roundabout)
1 min walk (3 houses) to a Handicap ramp beach access.
- $5 Per day Per extra Vehicle (Pass must be present in windshield to park)

Very important to have the trash out to Gause landing rd By Mail Box (Not at the drive way....) Wednesday evening, trash pick up is Thursday morning

Location was perfect for what we needed. Just minutes away from beach, right down the road from the grocery store, and only a few miles from the park where we had a baseball tournament. Host was very nice and communicated back within minutes. I’d highly recommend this properly.

This was a wonderful experience in every way. Just a short jaunt to the beach. The easy access free parking pass made the jaunt seamless and convenient.The house is nestled in a quiet, shady neighborhood. All the bedrooms are cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever you need. Plenty of shopping and restaurants just around the corner.

Lots of signs everywhere telling you what you can & cannot do , felt a bit unwelcoming .. & no bed sheets or towels provided so be prepared to pay extra for that. Felt like a staged home. Besides that it is a clean house and good location.
