The 2 main bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs.

The canal is great for fishing, kayaking, swimming and paddle boarding. Bring all your toys or rent a boat for a week and tie it up at the dock! You can enjoy coffee in the mornings in the Carolina room listening to the ocean, feeling the breeze & watching the fish jump in the canal. You can even see the boat landing from the house. The beach is a short 10 min walk or golf cart ride down the street with easy beach access. Best of both worlds, easy relaxation on the canal and easy access to beach. Also a short walk away from a coffee shop, restaurants, marina, mini golf, ice cream parlor, new kids park, fishing pier, concert venue and museum.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the main level and feel like a retreat and are tastefully decorated. The owner's suite has a king size bed with a new memory foam mattress. Also there is double bed in the Carolina room which is heated and cooled. Downstairs you will find the additional 3rd bedroom and bath as well as a set of twin bunk beds for the adventurous type. *THIS DOWNSTAIRS AREA CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY OUTSIDE STAIRCASE.* You can enjoy the outside shower and table for enjoying a meal with your family.

We offer Smart TVs, so you can connect to your favorite online platforms to continue watching your favorite series. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basics for cooking and includes a double oven and dishwasher. Cleaning fee includes a linen fee.
