Saved by the Sea at Ocean Isle Beach is a brand new construction home with incredible ocean views from 4 full length decks off both levels, front and back of the house. It is 5 bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms, private pool, with ample seating inside and out on all of the decks. The beach access is just steps away, while all that Ocean Isle has to offer near the center is a short walk or golf cart ride! The island features a great coffee shop, putt-putt, Homemade Ice Cream, splash pad, playground, open grass area with huge stage with weekly concerts, and many nice retail shops!

Each bedroom has it’s own attached full bathroom, and an additional half bathroom right off of the living room. The huge back decks overlook the amazing private pool and have incredible ocean views! The home sleeps 14 comfortably with two master suites (King bed in each), a queen bedroom, 2 double beds, and 4 bunk beds. Every detail in the house was carefully picked during building. The house has coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, large refrigerator, and all the kitchen supplies you could ever need!

The house has bar seating along with a enormous dining table for all the guests. The living room has ample seating with a 65” flat screen tv. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv as well. The whole house is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi. The house is located 6 houses from the beach access!

Note that we rent only Saturday-to-Saturday between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Family/Friends annual Ocean Isle Getaway!

The property was very well kept and clean and our interactions with the property manager were prompt and helpful. We really enjoyed our annual getaway with friends and family and were appreciative of having a wonderful property to lay our heads and make life long memories!

We had an excellent week at OIB with family. The house was perfect! Easy access to the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool! The host was easy to communicate with when we had questions. We will definitely look into renting this property again on our next beach vacation.

Annual Family Vacation 2025

Each year, our family plans a vacation to a new location. There are typically 12-13 of us, but this year we traveled with only 8 and made our second trip to Ocean Isle Beach. This house was exactly as described in the posting. The house was clean, inviting, and conveniently located. The walk to the beach is easy, and the recommended linen and golf cart companies were excellent. We typically book through VRBO, and Taylor is hands down the best communicator we’ve experienced. My questions were answered quickly, and with great kindness, every time, and for this trip we seemed to have quite a few questions more than normal. It was a great week at the beach!

We love this house!!

We’ve stayed at 8 or 9 houses on the NC coast and none have been better or easier than this one. The owners are so sweet and accommodating! It might be hard to stay at a different house after this one.
