SunDowner - 5 Bed/5 Bath Spacious Home with Private Pool/Elevator

This immaculate house is short ride/walk to the beach and has stunning views of the ocean from either the 2nd or 3rd floor decks. Easily sleeps 10 with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor along with a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen with all the amenities you need. Relax for meals at the large dining room table or take your food outside to the deck and sit at the 2-person high-top or 6-person outdoor table. The living room offers 2 sofas and 2 lounge chairs situated around the large screen TV and fireplace. Every bedroom has their own television with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+ available. The kid's room with two bunk beds is also set-up for gaming. The backyard pool and shower are accessible from the parking area or the stairs off the rear decks. Two bedrooms have direct access to the front decks, while two of the back bedrooms have direct access to the rear decks. One visit and you will want to make a visit to the Sundowner house of Ocean Isle Beach an annual tradition!

The house met our needs very well. We had sunshine every day and cooler weather made for a wonderful week. My son-in-law's mother is disabled and the elevator in the house, along with the loan of a beach wheelchair from the town of OIB, allowed us to include her in all our activities.

We had a blast! The house is prettier then the photos and the host was super attentive. Very clean and well equipped. Location is amazing too. Lots of deck space to soak in the beauty from all sides. Would stay here again without question.

We hada multi generational group. The house is so well equipped, particularly for the pool. We love having sheets and twoels included. That makes packing easy. there is an extra fridge which we used a lot. The kitchen accomodating lots of folks cooking at once. Once of our favorite features was the outside table overlooking the ocean. We ate dinner out there every night.

This beach home is in pristine condition, comfortable and stunning. The layout is perfectly suited for a smaller or larger group. Beautiful porch views of the ocean and directly across from the beach. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely love to visit Ocean Isle again and stay here.

The location was perfect. We had a wonderful time at Sundowner. The house was beautiful and spacious. From start to finish, everthing exceeded our expectations. The communication with Mike was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle free. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing.
