Salt n Sand Beach House is your calm oasis, a home away from home, fulfilling all your family holiday needs. Perfectly positioned on a quiet Cul de Sac, in the Idyllic coastal village of South Golden Beach. We are only a 10min walk to the pristine beach, park & coffee shop.
Our spacious 6 bed home has recently been renovated, boasting coastal charm throughout, with lux furnishings, and earthy tones.

Salt n Sand is our super spacious home has been beautifully renovated throughout.

There is a 'huge' open plan living space, basking in morning sunlight, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or some downtime with a book.
Bifold doors lead you out on to the undercover deck & pool.

POOL
Our sparkling mineral pool receives sun for a lot of the day so even though it is not heated, it is still possible to take a dip during the cooler months.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your family culinary needs and we have ample child friendly crockery and a walk in pantry.

The breakfast bar is a fabulous place to grab a snack or just enjoy a wine, whilst relaxing in the lux bar chairs.

Of an evening enjoy the 2nd living space with a lux Koala sofa, 75inch smart TV and fast wifi throughout. Bifold doors allow access to the patio area and pool table .

Plenty of board games, card games and books.

BATHROOMS
These have not yet been renovated but are very clean, newly grouted and new shower heads.

We have our 2 pet rabbits that live at one side of the home. They are self sufficient and you do not need to care for them or even be aware that they are there. Both access gates to the garden space where they live, will be locked. However, if you would like to be involved and interact with them - they are super friendly - this can be arranged ahead of your stay and we will leave access codes and food for you to share. They do make for a cute experience for kids, if you wished.
