We had a short, but terrible experience at this property.We had trouble getting into the property. We followed the instructions given by the host, but had to message several times through the app, and then contact the host directly to get access to the property.Once inside the property the floor on the main level was dirty upon our arrival. We had to sweep the floor to clean up crumbs, thistles, dirt, and feathers. We cleaned the floor before we could begin to unload for our stay.The downstairs couch is extremely uncomfortable. It is hard to sit on, and has no back support. The back of the couch was coming away from the base, making it lean backwards.The noise from the trains is very loud. We heard a 5pm and a 5:10pm train go by. The entire house was rumbling and the trains blew horns the entire time as they passed by the residences. This was very loud, and had we stayed, we would not have been able to sleep through the train noise.After we brought our baggage into the property, we left our 4 lb Yorkie in a play pen in the downstairs and we went to eat dinner. When we came back (about 2 hours later) our dog was scratching herself repeatedly, and upon inspection we saw that she was covered in fleas. We had just driven 4 hours from our home (with her in one of our laps the whole way as we drove). We did not see any fleas on her and she was not scratching or exhibiting any signs of being in distress. But within a few hours in this property she had fleas.
