Bethany Beach Boardwalk is only less than four miles out, where you'll have your run of the place: go on a shopping spree through its many stores and dine in at the fantastic restaurants. Settle down on the sandy shores and take in the fresh ocean breeze while your kids splash around in the pristine waters.

Back at this home away from home, you'll have plenty of ways to spend your vacation using the on-site amenities: challenge your friends to a couple of rounds on the tennis court, relax in the sauna and feel those worries melt away, or take a dip in the refreshing waters of the pool. You'll be surrounded by 27 holes of championship golf at the wonderful Beat Trap Dunes Golf Club. Take a nap on the cozy couch in the living area, then whip up a mealtime masterpiece in the full kitchen and gather around the dining room table for some quality time with your loved ones.

THINGS TO KNOW
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only).
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
