Welcome to your next vacation getaway in the amenity-rich Bear Trap Dunes Community in Ocean View, Delaware! This charming ground-floor condo, situated at the peaceful far end of the community.
Boasting three comfortable bedrooms, this home accommodates up to six guests with ease. The owner's suite features a king bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a full size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for additional guests offering two twin beds. These bedrooms share a conveniently located hallway bathroom.
The fully stocked kitchen, is perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks on the screened-in porch. The owner's suite also boasts a private open porch, offering additional outdoor space to relax and unwind.

To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.
Guests may enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Additionally, a beach shuttle service runs throughout the community and transports to downtown Bethany Beach.

This condo was very nicely furnished and taken care of. Very clean. Only issues where the beds were very high and hard to get into if you are short. The coffee maker did not work we felt that someone did not report it. But all in all this was a very nice property and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you for a very comfortable week.
