The best mix of beach, golf, fun and relaxation. Just 3 miles away from Bethany beach. Resort shuttle (in season) is available to take you just steps from the beach. For the golfers, a beautiful 27 holes. Steps from the front door, the Pavilion includes gyms, an indoor olympic pool, hot tub and sauna. An outdoor pool, clay tennis and pickleball courts are all located just steps from the home. Pet friendly with many families and dogs always walking! Wonderful restaurant in resort.

End of group townhome, with over 2200 sq feet of space!

First floor includes -

*King master suite with full bath, large screen TV and large walk in closet
*Bonus room with queen size pull out couch, soft and large screen TV.
*Large open family room with plenty of seating and large screen TV.
*Kitchen and eating area share open space with family room. Kitchen has
granite counters with eating area and stainless appliances.
*Screen in outdoor patio with eating area
*Deck with lounge chairs and gas grill

Second floor includes -

*2nd King master suite with full bath and TV
*3rd bedroom with 2 queen size beds, TV and large walk in closet. This bedroom shares a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with bedroom with the 4th bedroom. However both sides of the bathroom have their own vanity.
*4th bedroom has 4 twin side bunk beds.

Each floor has it's own thermostat and each bedroom has a ceiling fan (except twin room)

The town limits the amount of vehicles to (4) for this home. There is parking in the driveway as well as plenty of free parking on the street and a large parking lot.

The town limits the occupancy of this home to 10 persons over the age of 6. Children under 6 are not counted toward this number.

Linens - Linens and towels are not included. You have a few options -
* - Bring your own with you
* - There are multiple local companies that offer linens and towels based on the number of people you have and can offer delivery as well
* - I have worked out a discounted price with a linen company that would include bedding for all 9 beds and towels for an additional charge of $250

Amenities - Bear Trap charges an additional charge to use the amenities of the neighborhood. This includes the indoor and outdoor facilities as well as the beach shuttle. You must pay this direct to Bear Trap online prior to your stay. You would only pay for those that will use the services. The fee varies, and at the time of this posting is $65 in season and $45 off season.
There is a maximum of 10 passes allowed per household. Children under 4 are no charge and NOT included in 10 pass limit.

Landlord is not responsible for hours and or availability of amenities.

Prohibited Vehicles: Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted.

House was well loved. Pots and pans could use a replacement but kitchen was well stocked, house overall was clean had plenty of full size beds for more adults to sleep comfortably. I think they have an animal living there or staying occasionally so just a heads up for those with allergies! Owner was responsive and we had no issues!! Great rental!

Kitchen was very comfortable for cooking. What I really like was the furniture protection for pets and the toys that was available. I didn't see all of the house since my wife and I had the bedroom on the first floor but it was a great house for our small group of 4 that according to the listing could accomadate 14. Also, the price for right for off season.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to be back next year. Our house was beautifully decorated, and very spacious and comfortable for an extended family of 11. It was a perfect home away from home! Our host was also easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond to any question we had. I give them 5 stars! Both the indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with our family.

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of room to socialize as well as private space. The kitchen was well stocked. Staying directly across from the tennis courts lended a pleasant sound of hard work mixed with fun throughout the day. The pool is lovely. Early morning walks around the facility are highly recommended. Everything we needed was close by. We highly recommend.

When a host is constantly upgrading the property. You know its a great one. The new flooring and furniture pieces were so beautiful. As soon as we walked in, we were so impressed with the new flooring. Which means this property owner really cares about the renters having a great experience. It was clean and accommodating as usual. We had a very enjoyable stay at this property and hope to return again. The close proximity to the Pavilion was great for the little ones. Layout works well for multiple families, and pet friendly to boot. Well-maintained and upgraded - owner takes good care of all the details. Multiple living spaces on the first floor are a real plus. Very pleasant, walkable community with close proximity to comfortable beach town, and access to lots of things to do.

Convenient location to amenities. The only big problem was that our friends who stayed up stairs were not happy because it was so hot because the a/c didn’t reach the upper level. So our friends in the 2 upper bedrooms slept aweful for 5 nights and were upset because of the heat.it was 76 upstairs and 96 outsider.so they would never come again to this house.

Wonderful

Another great stay at October Glory. We love staying here. Vincent makes sure everything is taken care of . Appreciate all the little things that are stocked and the thought and care into the renters stay so it is comfortable. Love the new over the door hooks in master bedroom. Always clean and ready. Vincent is very quick to reply to all questions. The only thing we missed was the american flag on the front of the house when we pulled up! We always identified the house by that! Thanks for another great visit. Very appreciative of all! We will be back soon!

Highly recommend.

This was our second stay (and probably not our last) here. The house was clean and well maintained. Communications with Vincent were quick and easy. The location makes it convenient to the beach and all that Bethany and Ocean View have to offer. We highly recommend.

Pet friendly get away

Property was exactly as advertised .Location is great close to the beach, wine vineyard and short ride to shoping outlets. Neighborhood was quiet, great for a family get away. Home was located directly across from the club house with community amenities. I did not get a chance to use the pool or courts but staff at the club house was very friendly and helpful. My party was 4 adults and a large dog. family room and kitchen was spacious and would accommodate a large party. Fully stocked kitchen (even had basic cooking spices ) which was great for us because we prefer to cook our meals rather than do take out. There was also a 24 hour grocery store within 5 min or so which came in handy for last minute pick ups. The neighbor hood was dog friendly and every one we encounter had there pup on a leash ,which was a ++ for our reactive pup. Didn't really have any reason to contact the owner except for check in, and we received a quick response. To give a honest review I should mention the negatives. Honestly can't say there were any negatives. I did notice minor blemishes on the carpet as expected for a pet/kid friendly property . But even with that --there was absolutely NO PET SMELL. unlike other pet friendly places .Great overall experience and would definitely stay again for future trips

Great for family and pets

The home was almost perfect. The first floor rugs and family room sofa needed a good, deep cleaning which the owner said was coming. Other than that it was perfect. Beds were comfy, plenty of room for 11 people. Comfortable sofas and chairs. Screened in back porch, back and front porch. Great location close to pool and restaurant. The beach only a few miles. We will stay again. Thank you Vince!

Our family loved our stay in Ocean View. The home was lovely, with plenty of room for everyone. The beach is a quick 10 minute drive. Our kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

We got to the house a few hours early the day of check in. I messaged the home owner to let him know we were in the area. He checked with the cleaners and messaged me as soon as they were done. We were so thankful for that! We walked into the house and everyone was in awe, it is gourgous. Its also big enought that our party of 10 and a dog could escape each other when we needed a break haha! Owner was very responsive when I had any questions, everything was great. We would definitely return.Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great House!

This was a great house with lots of space. Great communication with the owner too. Very clean and great location. Only suggest is bring your own pans to cook with, as the pans are pretty worn.

Our short get-away to Ocean View DE was made even better by staying here. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Located in a golf community made it even better. The neighborhood was quite and very beautiful. The drive to the beach was easy and quick.
