Spacious comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Open concept living with central AC & Heat and a beautiful backyard are ideal for your group or family vacation. The stunning kitchen is stocked with all you need to enjoy a meal together. Family friendly amenities include highchair, pack-n-play, baby bath, books & toys, arcade, ping pong and playground.

Open concept living area with central AC and Heat includes Kitchen, Dining and Living Room which opens up to a beautiful backyard through sliding glass door. Living room includes a big screen TV for streaming your personal apps or watch any of the DVDs provided for endless movie watching! Home is close to Legoland, beaches, Frontwave Arena, Oceanside pier and harbor and so much more!

Big backyard includes playground, outdoor activities, sandbox, hammock, patio space with coal BBQ and movie projector screen for enjoying movies outdoors. The garage has additional playing space which includes arcade, ping pong and games for some competitive fun!

The stunning kitchen is stocked with all the basics you need to create meals for your family and friends. We provide coffee and tea for those cozy mornings or relaxing evenings. Just off the kitchen is the garage which includes washer and dryer for your use with laundry supply provided.

For sleeping arrangements: Primary Bedroom has queen bed, closet, ceiling fan, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. Second Bedroom has queen bed, dresser, working desk area and ceiling fan, Third Bedroom has two twin beds, dresser and portable fan. The living room has a pull out couch for one extra guest (extra bedding is included in hallway closet). A second full bathroom is off hallway with bathtub.

It was a nice house and accommodating. It is very well equipped for families with small children. We have special needs girls and my girl who is unsteady on her feet needed grab bars in the bath or shower. We brought our own shower chair but it wasn’t enough. We knew ahead of time that there weren’t any grab bars

Nice Home

A little piece of heaven. Quaintly decorated and “welcome book/binder” had helpful info about restaurants and beaches. The arcade and outside set up were a hit. The AC was difficult to figure out but we got there eventually. The home was close to the I-5 and not in the nicest part of town. Beware of Dog sign is hung on fence (despite it being a vacation home with no dog). We did not feel safe and were disappointed in the price paid given the safety and location of the home.

Great family home

This house was perfectly set-up for our family trip to Legoland and SD beaches. It is super kid friendly, especially for our 2 year old and 5 year old who appreciated the big backyard and playground. The house was clean and well stocked. Good location. Would be back and highly recommend. Thank you!

Comfortable Beds Noisy Backyard

We were in town for a funeral. The house was satisfactory to our needs. Within easy commute of oceanside. Backyard is spacious but noisy with highway overhead and planes. Couch/sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable. Shower in Primary room was difficult to get in and out. Musty garage smell that as you first arrive permeated the house. We vented the home by opening the sliding glass door.
