Front desk staff were excellent, the layout of our room was really cool (I particularly liked the way that the bathroom doors were set up to allow for a mix of privacy when slid closed, or more space in the room when open), and the location is unbeatable. Having access to the sister property amenities was also a plus.

Girl at front desk did not listen when I told her I was now alone. View of the parking lot. Breakfast room service arrived cold in a styrofoam container! Had to walk through a cold walkway to get to elevator. Swimming pool not in service. When used the shower it spouted water everywhere as the maid did not set it for shower above.

Positives: Room was very nicely decorated, with thoughtful amenities and great ocean views. Staff very polite and provided great service. Negatives: we could hear the train passing and ringing ding ding all day and night long as our room door was facing the back street. There was too much noise in the hallway with doors opening and closing. They charged a $51 daily parking fee and $60 resort fee (and the pool was closed).

Amazing staff and they really make you feel like they truly care about your experience. The location is incredible with so much to walk to and experience. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the rooms are very clean.

My day was great. It was for a wedding anniversary. Everyone was nice. Accommodations were amazing. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because they kept forgetting to plug up my electric car which caused there to be delayed in the start of my day. But other than that, everything was amazing.

Beautiful brand new property and very friendly staff. We had the ocean front room and the view was amazing. The lobby was filled with all natural wooden and leather furniture giving it a very comfortable, inviting and a high class feeling. We used the pool and also the rooftop bar and deck and were very impressed by the selection of wines and cocktails. The hotel definitely needs more dining options as the restaurant closes at 5 pm. The food in the High Low restaurant is delicious and gourmet quality and seems like everything is prepared on the premises. I would highly recommend this property for a weekend get away.
