This is the perfect location if you want to be right at the ocean, just a walk across the path to beach and nicely decorated and has a fairly well stocked kitchen. There are even chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Communication with priority managers was efficient and they were quick to try to resolve our concerns. Now, the less desirable aspects of the property. Overall, the property was clean but I do think the kitchen could have been wiped down a bit better. A lot of dust on top of refrigerator and in the cabinets, including dusty pots. Also, the fan in living space was quite dusty. I think some blackout blinds in the bedroom and on the front door would be quite helpful as the security lights make the space very bright at night, even with blinds drawn. Property manager did try to help us with this, but this just resulted in a blanket over the window. And the noise from the upstairs unit was quite bad our last night, so much so that we had to knock on the door at 1130 at night to ask that the music be turned off. And we had a smoker in the unit next to us who just moved to the far side of the balcony when we asked her to stop smoking, especially since it is a non-smoking facility. Also, you can often hear people walking across the units above. The tenants around us the prior nights were not an issue at all. The inconsiderate tenant issues are not the fault of the property but there is always the potential due to the close nature of these units.
