Built in the 1940s, this remodeled property combines original detailing such as the gorgeous stone fireplace with modern furnishings and an open layout. Relax on a balcony with drink in hand and watch the sun sink into the Pacific. In the morning, get ready to hit the beach which enjoying views of the surf from the comfort of your apartment.

Pacific Villas: Unit 4 is located in the 3-story east building on the third floor. The unit is ocean facing with a panoramic ocean view and is nestled in a small, 6-unit vacation rental complex.

Check In: Guests will be provided with a door code specific to their dates of stay and may self check in anytime after 4PM.
Check Out: Guests must depart by 11AM.

Property Details:
- Parking Disclosure: One parking spot is included with the unit, however, please note that the motor-court in accessed via a tunnel. Tunnel clearance is tight (6 ft 8 inches high & 8 ft 2 inches wide), therefore large vehicles may not have enough clearance to utilize the spot. We ask that guests plan accordingly and travel in smaller vehicles when possible for ease of convenience in parking.
- Per the City of Oceanside Short-Term Rental (STR) Ordinance, Sec. 24.7.m, a two-night minimum is required for all stays. A longer minimum may apply for holidays and special events.
- Pacific Villas does not allow for parties or events within the complex nor do we permit photography shoots on the property.

Terms & Conditions:
PAYMENTS
- Payment can be made in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
- 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will automatically charge to the card on file 30 days before arrival
- If the arrival date is less than 30 days out, the entire amount would be due at booking
- Credit card must have an expiration date later than the date of arrival
- Credit card will be kept on file in the case that damage is caused to the property

CANCELLATIONS: For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made at least 14 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to 4pm PST check in time of arrival date. If cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance or if the guest decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

MODIFICATIONS: Given 14 days notice prior to the date of check in, reservations can be moved up to 365 days out and the current trip amount applied as a credit towards the future stay. If choosing this option, guests must select an alternative date to move the funds to. If the new dates of stay are of lesser value, guests will be refunded the difference. If the new dates of stay are of higher value, host will outline the added cost for guest review.

Pacific Villas #4 was an excellent stay! The rental was clean & had everything we needed. Location & view were amazing! Access from the street above made unloading & loading very easy. The parking lot below was great for overnight safe parking. I would highly recommend this unit!!

PHOTOS OUT & IN VERY DECEIVING!!!

We had booked the house for 5 nights and we didn’t even stay one! The area surrounding the complex is very sketchy and we did not feel safe there. The balcony is small and photos do not depict what you see when you are on looking out to the ocean. What you see are extremely run down properties all around and the air out and in reeks with the smell of marijuana (which I know is legal in CA). The outside furniture and areas are filthy and just nasty. The inside seemed cleanish but way smaller than photos depicted. The appliances seemed okay and bathroom was fine just really small. The bed sat so low it was almost on the floor and sofa very worn. We have rented many times through VRBO for over 30 years and have never had photos be so misleading or owners be so unwilling to work with us and make things right. We contacted the property manager immediately. Tom was very defensive and said it was past the 14 day refund policy so he couldn’t do anything for us. After several more phone calls he said that if he rented it he would refund us something. He ended up renting it for 3 of the 5 nights but we only received a refund for a little over 1/4 of what we paid in full. We weren’t expecting a full refund but we thought 1/2 would have been fair. Lesson learned don’t believe what you see in the photos and do a google earth search to see what you are getting yourself into!!!!

Great location!

This was my boyfriend and I’s first time visiting Oceanside. The condo was very cute and clean. Bed was comfy and is within walking distance of the Oceanside Pier. Would book again!

Overall nice property-dryer/washer destroyed clothes

There are two dryers on the property. One of them was broken and smelled strongly of mold. The other dryer destroyed 3 of my shirts- actually tore holes in them and ripped the tops of two tank tops so they're completely unusable - the inside of the door/lint trap doesn't fit properly, and snagged and ripped up the clothes. Either remove the washer/dryer as an amenity, or have them fixed. Sucks to be on vacation and have half your clothes ruined. Otherwise- Property was clean, check in and parking was easy, plenty of towels and blankets.

Great Getaway from hot Arizona

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate his 40th birthday. The villa was a great size for the two of us. And the view can’t be beat! Originally from Maine, we were missing the ocean and it was wonderful to listen to the waves crashing right outside our villa. Everything was walkable into town. One thing, I some how missed was that there is two beach chairs and an umbrella available in the unit to use for your beach days 😎I was thinking there was not so, it was great to realize those were available for use. Our neighbors were quiet and you can sit on the porch and watch all sorts of cool and classic cars driving by on the strand. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We will be back!

Amazing ocean views!

Perfect quaint property in a walkable location and great balcony views of the sunset, dolphins and surfers. Location was super close to delicious restaurants. Left the windows open all night and listened to the crashing waves.

Clean and convinent

You can't stay much closer to the water than this. Very nice, clean apartment. Parking can be difficult and driving down The Strand is annoying at times, but it is very easy to park on Pacific and walk through the gate, this is what we did most of the time when we knew we were leaving again somewhat soon. Quick walk down to the sand or the pier, plenty to do and see!

Perfect weekend getaway!

My boyfriend and I decided to go on a little weekend trip to get away from home during Covid. We loved it and had a great time ! This location is a little smaller than i imagined but it was still a cute little place. Loved how close it was to local markets, restaurants, and the beach. Property manager was awesome and she was able to communicate really fast whenever I had a question. Overall a great experience!

Lovely coastal getaway

My friend and I enjoyed a couple of nights at this wonderful property for a short staycation in Oceanside. Hearing the waves while going to sleep was so calming. The unit is equipped with nice kitchen filled with all the basics you'll need to cook a few seaside snacks. I would most definitely stay here again in the future. Owner was sweet and responds quickly to any questions or concerns.
