This prosperity was double booked, according to the security guard at the gated community, he has seen this happen lately, people be aware, we were left stranded and offered a rat and insect infested at turtle towers and refused that, had to find another place for 5 of us

fewer rooms, fewer beds, wrong location

The location shown on the map is incorrect and is WAY outside of downtown Ocho Rios. It says it is a 1.5 km walk to Turtle Beach, but it is actually 12.5 km, making it a 2.5 hour walk instead of a 15 minute walk. We were told we would have a 3 bedroom with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 single beds, instead we were given a 2 bedroom apartment with a total of 2 queens. We spent hours trying to get the situation figured out and talked to 4 different people, none of whom had answers for us and we were told we just needed to make up our minds or we would have to leave. We were promised to have $90 returned to us, which was never reimbursed to my credit card as they promised us they would do.
