Top tier customer service, clean room and facilities. The food was the only let down. We wanted authentic jamaican food, it was bland and tasteless and a disrespect to the jamaican culture. All the other cuisines were represented good and tasted authentic

I absolutely loved my stay here and would 100% return. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 star is the room upkeep. The first time i used the shower there was yellow residue on the walls and just the timeliness of housekeeping, turn down service etc. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the housekeeper and she was a gem.

The pictures are all a lie. The only place that looks like the pictures are of the lobby. Once you enter the rooms. It’s not very clean.

Alot of the staff werenot approachable but those that were were very friendly... although they had entertainment. I found it to be very boring. They do have a nightclub but when I was told it was 18 and older and being that I’m 40 and over, I didn’t even waste my time walking in the door.

As an all inclusive resort it had everything that I could imagine , hibachi , variety of food , mini bar , activities etc. I do wish more music was played all around the resort, and the room service was a bit quicker overall was a great experience and I will be doing it again with the family
