Staff was great. Booked a double bed got a single. Had to change room after asign to next room Crack on the tiolet seat. Crack on the counter of face basecsen and also Dirty, it like someone just check out of the room.

We loved this hotel and everything it came with. The staff was great and friendly, the food was good, and the rooms were clean and quiet. From the moment we walked in the door they were right there to welcome us and escort us to where we needed to be. I will definitely stay with Moon Palace again.
