- Only registered guests are allowed. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers when you book your reservation. This is a gated community. Guest count will be sent to security which must match your booking to ensure smooth access.

- Guests must report any missing or damaged items/property within 24 hours of arrival. Guests will be charged for any missing, lost, and/or damaged items or damage to property at owner's discretion. If you break something, please let us know immediately.

- Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purposes.

- Please refrain from eating in bedrooms.

- There are no lifeguards on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. There's plenty of outdoor space. Ashtrays are provided.

- Yoga mat, beach chairs, and cooler are in guest storage.

I was unable to make it, but my family commented on how the home was modern, lovely, comfortable, and most of all they felt safe. Thank you! Only con was being unable to have access to cleaning supplies as they were locked away.
