This first floor two bedroom, two bath villa offers a view of Silver Lake from the screened porch, a large living area with TV and single sleeping sofa, a full kitchen with bar and table seating, washer/dryer, and wireless internet access.

Bedroom A has a King bed, TV, full bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, and screened porch access. Bedroom B offers a King and Queen bed, TV, full bath with tub/shower, vanity sink, porch access, and kitchenette with toaster, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink. Single Sleeper Sofa in the living area.

Linens and towels are provided. No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets Allowed.

Amenities shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool house with a sauna. Outdoor shower.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.
