Reminiscent of a New England style coastal cottage, the separate kitchen/living room and dining area add to the charm. Great for a small family or couples who enjoy privacy. Enjoy this tastefully decorated cottage.

2 Bedrooms 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen, 1 with Double. The full bath with tub/shower is located in the rear sleeping area. A half bath is located in the front living area.

Amenities include: Front living area offers a window air conditioning unit, electric fireplace, and 2 ceiling fans. The rear building offers wall AC units in bedrooms and electric baseboard heat in the den. Complimentary wireless internet access, 2 Roku TVs with access to Hulu. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers two decks, screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench.

Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival.

No Dishwasher. Loft area is not available to guests.

No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Limit of 2 cars.

Perfect for family of 4

so nice to be able to walk a few minutes to the coffeee shop early in the morning. A loft for the teenager and a bedroom for daughter and third bed for parents. Lovely screened porch on very quiet street surrounded by lush vegitation. A lovely retreat.
