Guest Access
There are only two parking spots available. The home is equipped with a smart lock that uses a digit code to enter. Guests have full access to the home. There is no fenced yard but they may access a portion of the yard directly west of the home. The fenced yard directly behind the cabin is not for guests use.

* Be advised that pets are allowed but there is NO fenced yard. Pets must be on a leash at ALL TIMES for the safety of your pet and others!
- No visitors of guests allowed.
- No trailers allowed unless you back up a trailer in one of the parking spots and unhitch the trailer (18ft max).
- Since this home is running on 50 amps. You may not be able to use all kitchen appliances at one time as it may trip the breaker. The breaker box is in the kitchen if this happens.
- The cleaning of the grill is responsibility of each guests.
- Charcoal is not provided.
- There is one induction stovetop and a countertop oven but there is not a full size oven.
- There is a three step staircase to enter the property.
