Great customer service and the building is beautiful, but it's a little old and smelled of mildew in places. There was also a pick up truck outside our room doing donuts in the parking lot until well after midnight.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is super convenient, and centrally located downtown Ogden. We easily walked to numerous restaurants, and a Saturday farmer's market. It is always very clean, and the staff is always great. We also like the in-hotel restaurant. The downside, our room this last time had pretty weak A/C so it was a warm night. The shower door was also not closeable. Will we stay here again? Absolutely. It's just a great hotel for the price and location, parking, etc. Hopefully next time the A/C will be better. 🙂

When we arrived no one was at the desk. Had to wait about 15 minutes with two other parties checking in. Staff was friendly and quick once they were back at the desk. Café is a Lillie on the expensive side for diner type breakfast, but it was clean and had a ver nice staff as well. Rooms were clean, the area around the property had lots of trash laying around in the parking lot.
