The restaurant and bar on site was closed even though I called and said it was open! The shower had to run ten minutes to get warm. Heat not working in bathroom. The gas fireplace did not vent well and the whole room smelled like gas. Parking was horrible not enough spaces. Will not recommend

We were awoken at 8 am on Sunday morning to construction hammering and grinding on the floor above us by 10am I had to call the front desk and ask ot to stop it was just so loud for a sunday morning. They had it stopped immediately and were shocked they were working then. Facility is always nice and the hot tub was great in the snow.
