Luxury penthouse in natural surroundings

Furthermore it has a large open plan kitchen/Living/Dining area and a very spacious terrace, partly covered and partly open.There is are wifi internet available and IPTV (Internet protocol TV). Tenants can make free use of the facilities of nearby El Soto clubhouse; golf, tennis, padel, gym and spa.The complex has a pool area with sun loungers around.The clubhouse also has a restaurant on site. The area La Mairena is located in a natural protected area (Unesco biosphere) but is still only 7 kilometres away from the best beaches of Marbella. Marbella town can be reached by car in 15 minutes and the same goes for Fuengirola.La Mairena is a beautiful natural and peaceful surrounding but only 7 kilometres from the best beaches of Marbella and 15 minutes driving into Marbella town.It is a Unesco protected biosphere with great ecological importance as there is a native cork oak forest with beautiful trails full of wildlife like foxes, wild boar and deer.
