The staff speak enough english, the rooms are basic but match the price point, its clean. Its walking distance from Shinkansen station and hire cars and countless restaurants.

The one worry is across the street matador if you go out avoid if late at night. Sometimes (foreigners) can be drunk and try to fight with people unsure if it is staff or just a one off
