This property STRICTLY enforces the 3:00pm check-in; NO exceptions without dire circumstances and paying a hefty per-hour fee. The only "English" spoken by staff is a handheld translator; very tiresome. The hotel is close to being elegant and is kept very clean. The pool is large and refreshing after a hot, muggy Okinawa day albeit free only up until 7:00pm. Their extensive breakfast selection is definitely Asia-geared, lacking bananas or other fruit save for diced pineapple chunks. If pizza, pasta and salads for breakfast are your thing, then go for it! The "scrambled eggs" are best eaten with a soup-spoon. A bag of towels is hung on your door-handle daily whether you need them or not. Non-Asian food-eateries are not near this hotel as demonstrated by the American-food diner across the street that serves calamari w/fries or shrimp & mac 'n cheese. Be prepared to take a curbside taxi to everywhere. ATM's are abundant. The staff are very gracious and helpful. Although I wouldn't stay here again, I do recommend this hotel!

I will start by saying the staff at this hotel was superbly accommodating and polite. That being said, we unfortunately had to move rooms 4 times because all the rooms reeked of mildew/mold. Staff helped us find an open room where the smell was minimal. We were told that all hotels in the area smell like this, but that had not been my experience in the past. If you are sensitive to mold, this may not be the hotel for you.

Would not recommend . This is definitely not 4 stars . No dining options . No tea or coffee in rooms . 350m walk to any stores . Rooftop pool is tiny , no lounge chairs , 3000 yen fee for after 7 . Also strong musty smell in room. They know because they have a bottle of room freshener spray in the room ! Doesn’t work . Bed was also hard

Not a 4-star stay.

The hotel did not live up to expectations based on its description. While some aspects, like the location, were good, several major issues justify this review. The overall staff experience was poor—most seemed disengaged and uninterested in helping guests. Both the lobby and the room had a persistent unpleasant smell of mold and humidity. The bedroom had very small windows with blinds that couldn’t be opened, which made the space feel even more closed in. The elevator was extremely slow, often requiring a long wait. And perhaps most disappointing of all: the pool, which is prominently featured on their website, closes at 7 PM unless you pay an additional JPY 3,000 to use it at night. This was a major letdown and is not clearly communicated anywhere in advance.

Upon arriving we were guided from the desk over to a kiosk for checkin. I entered my last name but it could not find my reservation, so the person at the counter had to look it up by searching on my full name. Very odd. Overall it felt like the kiosks were an added hassle that only added a bit of time and frustration to the whole experience.

I liked the roof top swimming pool. It was in a convenient location with several convenience stores within a minute of walking and several restaurants that did takeaway. The staff at this hotel were very helpful in every interaction we had with them since we arrived until we checked out.
