ホテルというよりは、アパートを借りるイメージでした。少し入り組んだ立地であるが近所には有名ホテルもあり、まずまずの場所。受付とかがなく無人でメールの指示に従ってチェックインの操作を行うと、鍵が受取れるようになる。お年寄りには不向きです。部屋はリノベーションされており綺麗です。マッサージ機なども備え付けでした。部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機が完備されているので、長期や夏に海に行く人とかには便利だと思います。ある程度のサービスが必要な方には不向きだと感じた。今回、急な予定で安価であったので予約したが次回となると、私には不向きと感じました。

フロントに人が居ないコンドミニアムタイプは初めてでちょっと不安はありましが、事前にショートメールにて案内がありましたので、タブレット➕キーボックスでの部屋キーの受け取りは問題ありませんでした。部屋も清潔で、脚マッサージの家電は嬉しかったです。アメニティで、ルームウェアはありませんでした。駅近でコンビニも近くにローソンがあり便利な立地でした。１つ気になったことは、ベット枕元のクッションカバーもたまに洗濯して欲しいですねw
