整體很不錯，但建議屋主可放個可收納的小桌子，不然吃飯很麻煩。

價錢便宜，一天3人約台幣1600，cp值高。有廚房，附近生活機能佳，有菜市場，菜便宜，還有煮好的方便菜。房間新，有空調。洗衣機，但沒有調味料，也沒有小桌子（建議能有個小折疊桌，不然都得端碗吃飯）

適合可以爬樓梯的人

住宿地點很新，走路到飯店延路從國際通跟牧志市場不會太遠，附近就是世豐商店，停車場很多個，租車的朋友不怕沒地方停車，房間很大舒適，我們住四人房在三樓沒電梯，如果行李比較重、難提的，可能要考慮，小家庭可以住這，有小廚房、微波爐、冰箱、用廚一應齊全喔。
