They stole my money I didn’t even get to stay there. I ended up sleeping out in the cold that night and almost freezing to death because they took my lastr bit of money to book the room then told me I needed an extra cash deposit just to be considered this information was not given to me and I was also informed the booking wooluldnt charge me until check In but als another lie I was lied to multiple times and my money taken and not refunded because of “policy” well apparently policy is you rob your customers and lie to them giving the run around of excuses to not refund their money like decent human beings do my experience was horrendous
