Fabulous, charming hotel! Excellent, friendly staff! We loved it! Extremely clean! Very convenient parking! Ate dinner in dining room- food was very good. Had dinner guests with us and everyone liked everything except the cookie. It tasted kind of strange. Abby was sweet and helpful. The head bartender was great! Very attentive and friendly! Also helped me get in the room when I couldn’t work the lock. Makeup mirror would be a welcome addition! 😉 Marcus Leonard at JRB Art Gallery recommended it and we will be back next time we bring new paintings.

Beautiful property- from the lobby area to the bar, to the courtyard and spacious rooms! On top of it, the staff was great and generous with help and a complimentary coffee for my friend and I when we had to wait for jumper cables as our battery was dead in the parking lot.

The design and girly touches are great I had an entire day plan as I was only staying one night.. bfast and pictures and sitting on their porch but when I woke up I saw a BED BUG on my pillow! I was mortified . The manager and someone else came in to strip the bed, so happy I took pictures . I was offered a free pastry and told because I booked through Expedia they couldn’t do anything regarding what I paid for hotel night… Expedia only offered me 15% credit! Terrible customer service I had to rush to wash everything before settling in with family my day of fun was ruined. The manager seemed understanding and staff was nice but for a well known expensive hotel and my first visit to okc this was unfortunate for me

What an amazing place! 2 females on a work trip....we could not have picked a better place! Honestly, stay here! I tried to think of a negative and have none. Food =delicious, drinks=phenomenal, value...couldn't be better. Rebekah and Sam were wonderful hosts!

They put me in a handicapped (I am no handicapped) room which was a very unpleasant shower experience. The shower also needed repairs, such as grout repair. There was leftover toothpaste on sink. It was next to a main road which was loud and the walls were super thin. I could hear every person outside my room. A small fridge in the room or ice machine, would've been super helpful.
