All but two of the staff acted like we were a total inconvenience and kept repeatedly asking when we would be checking out starting the night we we got there. It was generally just weird and half the time there was a hostile vibe like they acted like we didn’t belong there and I tried to be optimistic and give the benefit of the doubt that it was just them having a bad day but it continued to the point where it kinda ruined part of our trip and I won’t be going back.

Staff was wonderful! Hotel decor was beautiful and room was very spacious!!!! Some construction in the area was a little unsightly but not the hotel’s fault of course. Botanical gardens right across the street.
