The staff was great, the rest not so much. The pool door wouldnt open cause the battery was dead in the reader and no o e could fix it till Monday. There were cockroaches in our bathroom, and we had to ask for towels thet were not just supplied. After seei g the cockroaches we left a night early.

This was the worst hotel pictures are definitely misleading. No updated cable, roaches, most hotels complimentary soap/ body washes.

The hotel is a newer building but not well taken care of. The outside window of my room was broken out and missing. The drawers on the dresser wouldn’t stay closed they would slowly open back up, one of the couch cushions was busted and the coffee maker didn’t work. The breakfast had a decent selection but just if it was cold and not replenished

Booked three rooms and one room had a cigarette burn hole on the comforter, a missing microwave glass plate, and the carpet was coming up from the tile and had a small sharp nail that I keep stepping on. In another room, the coffee maker was dirty. In the third room, the table lamp did not work. Had an issue in every room I booked.

Upon arrival, the front desk person was rude and very unwelcoming. Room reeked of marijuana throughout the night, broken furniture and unworkable electrical outlets. Butter, jellies and cream cheese were left out opened and uncovered. Scrambled eggs were green. In the bread box, there were no tongs or any utensils to use to get out the selected item. Self parking was okay.
