The room was dirty and full of roaches. The rugs that went down through the hotel was fifty. I could not stay there we was out of 220. for rooms since we were 130 miles away from home .I need to be refunded the money I paid I need my money

Quiet and pretty clean hotel. Great area. The heater was on 90 degrees when we arrived! The one and only outlet in bathroom does not work. There was leaking shampoo all in bathtub and only 2 towels. Beds were nice. Good closet and full length mirror. Great mirror lighting in bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly front desk guy.

Dirty refrigerator.long dar hair on shower drain I took a shower and then the bathroom smelled of urine badly.air conditioner sqeeked or whined the entire time there. Head board had thick dust along the entire length of the headboard. Thinking the air unit needs to be serviced room never was completely cool to our liking and the noisy belt was quite frustrating it was so loud

There was a rodent in the room, yea I was given another room but was uncomfortable and at that point unable to relax and return to sleep. I complained to the manager and was told I would get a refund for the inconvenience BUT that was a lie and now the manager is avoiding all my emails and calls. I will never stay here again!

Was disappointed that the pool wasn’t listed with the pool out of service, I also needed to use the guest laundry and it was not maintained. Clothes did not efficiently clean or dry.

Room was disgusting. Roaches in multiple places of the room that we killed. Bathroom was dirty and stuff was broken. The ac unit box was broken. Drove 13 hours through the day and picked this place close to the college, arriving in middle of night. Will not be staying there again. Guy at front desk wasn’t even gonna tell me what the incidentals hold was. I had to ask multiple times. He just kept demanding my id and card. Was $100 for half a night staying there. When most all hotels are $50 and we didn’t arrive until close to midnight and checked out at 10 am. Just disappointing place.

The room was kind of dirty. The housekeeping isn’t cleaning behind the doors and there was dirt and dead bugs. No soap in bathroom and your towels are very minimal . The shower was hot and beds are comfy

Room was nasty, there were bugs and ended up leaving at 130 am to get out of there. The room smelled like it was in. Very disappointed. All I needed was a place to crash and couldn't even do that. Take pride in your product!
