I arrived and immediately noticed at least 2 cars that were broke down and full of what appeared to be personal belongings (tires were all flat on the cars) and appeared to have been there for awhile, in the parking lot. The front entrance walkway was littered and had a lot of spilled food and junk on it.
My room window faced out to the side parking lot (#301) and the window coverings were broken and I was not able to close them at all. The parking lot light shined into my eyes every night. A large framed picture came crashing off the wall the first night at about 3am and scared me out of my sleep. The bathroom floor was dirty with hairs, junk papers and coffee stirs. The bathtub faucet was broke and barely able to take a shower as the plunger would not stay in its position to push the water up to the shower head. I informed the front desk the very next morning and was told that they would fix it right away. I talked with them 2 more times and the last time, I was told that I had to report it to the maintenance people. I sent a text to the service when they asked how my stay was going and they reassured me that it would be addressed promptly. NONE of it was addressed and I received NO room cleaning whatsoever and had to use my own soap the last 2 nights.
