Great location very close to the airport. Very helpful staff. Guest rooms were clean. The restaurant and bar had great food. Will stay here again on my next stay. This is one of the cleaner hotels in the city.

The staff was amazing and very friendly!! They were accommodating to our situation.. The room/bathroom was really clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable!! They had breakfast every morning we were there and it was decent. If needed we would definitely stay there again!!

The hotel room had what looked like blood stains on the floor. Another guest complained there was blood stains on their sheets. The AC unit was broken on the base. No fridge in the room. The beds were uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Not a good experience

They said they will call us to see maybe which us that might a room with a tv at least and never called assuming they won't have any rooms with any appliances. Others complained. The pictures on Google and other websites are very misleading. Upon checking in I was informed of a deposit required for the room, which I have never heard of or had to pay before and I do a lot of traveling to many different states. I was told that my deposit of $100 would just be a hold on my card and would be released immediately upon checking out, which turned out is not the case. The rooms were anything but clean. The door's lock was not usable due to the handle and lockset being incorrectly installed. The carpet was sticky and stained throughout, the room had an odd smell like there was dirty socks left under the bed, the shower had mold that looked like it had been painted over multiple times. The bathroom door was a sliding barn door that was nearly impossible to shut doe to it dragging on the floor. With the bathroom door "closed" there was a large gap in which I could watch TV from the toilet, creating zero sense of privicy. In the bathroom where the exhaust fan should have been there was a Braum's paper bag taped to the ceiling covering the hole. There was no remote for the TV so I had to go request one from the front desk. There was an iron but no ironing board, I had to go find one from housekeeping. Overall, a very bad experience. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

I bought a room for the night through a booking site, only to realize I booked for the wrong night. That was my fault. I ended up paying for a room at the counter and was told to cancel my 3rd party reservation to get a refund. I did so, but the booking company needed the hotel to approve it, and after 3 attempts to contact them I gave up and just dealt with paying for 2 reservations. Definitely not worth the price I ended up paying for 1 night.

The staff was fantastic, and this has become one of my favorite places to stay whenever I'm in the area. I find myself coming back again and again because of the welcoming atmosphere. The owner is absolutely amazing, very involved, personable, and genuinely interactive with guests. That level of hospitality creates a much more enjoyable and comfortable experience than you'll find at most places.
