We did all we could to push the dates out due to a severe winter weather event that made it impossible to make it and the hotel wouldn't work with us at all. It is known that it's at the hotels discretion to change dates or refund (even with 3rd party booking agents) and they kept blaming The third party booking agent for the reason of not being able to help us, I worked in hotel customer service and with this specific 3rd party booking agent, so I know the ins and outs. I should've read all the 2* reviews and I would've known not to book with this hotel. I tried to add travel protection in the beginning and it wasn't added, so when I went back in to add it, it would just spin on the page. I tried for 3 days to add it due to the potential of winter weather and finally gave up. Very disappointed and would never consider this hotel ever again. After seeing all the reviews about cleanliness, it was probably a blessing we couldn't make it anyways.

Be sure to list your children on the reservation. This hotel charges a $20 additional person fee for children under 10 if you book a room with two queen beds but list only two adults. The reservation page states that the room sleeps four, but you will get charged an extra person fee even if you check in as a family of three. The lobby was nice. However, the headboards of both queen beds were covered in dust, and the ceiling showed mold residue from what appeared to be a poorly repaired water leak. Some towels were clean and white, while others were noticeably gray or yellow. The breakfast was decent.

Pros: affordable for suite space -you get living room and counter for coffee/tea along with fridge and microwave oven, clean room, close proximity to most places when driving. Cons: noisy people upstairs late at night, most nights. When I mentioned to management, all she did was comment how long those guests have stayed. Worn-out and dusty furniture, especially in the open, public space where there were nice plants.

The hotel is dated and needs to be renovated. The carpets appear to be very old as does the bathroom areas and furniture. There is a musty basement like smell in the room probably due to the aged carpet. The only saving grace was the breakfast which was ok but they ran out of sausage both days we stayed there. Until it is renovated I would avoid.
