This was an unfortunate stay, both rooms they moved me to had me itching. Ended up not even staying and drove to Dallas, I was hoping maybe it’s just me and I’m tired. However when I got to Dallas and laid down in their mattress, there was no itching and it was with the same clothes I had on in Oklahoma.

The area was a little rough which the hotel can’t help. But, traveling with a child it wasn’t my favorite. Also, front desk was unprofessional when I asked for clean towels. The word “pissed”, was used. So I didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything else during the stay would rather do without. And pictures and advertised was a hot tub. Which is one reason we chose this hotel but it was cemented in. No hot tub. I wasn’t about to disappoint my kido so we did swim in the pool but it was definitely not kept very clean. Dirt all over the bottom. Could also tell it was also not a strict no tobacco policy. The stay was fine though we were there for vacation and it met the need of a quiet clean place to sleep and shower. Liked that the tv had apps to sign into streaming.
