2nd floor. No vent in bathroom. Steam, steam steam so no mirror. Base of bathroom door rotting from rust. Baseboards in bathroom falling off. Desk but no chair. Must be dog floor, balls of dog hair all down the hallway. Not enough towels and phone no working so can’t ask for more towels. Funniest fail was the comforter. It has tons of lumps. When bedspread turned back found to comforter has been washed so many times the stuffing was balled up in every spare of the comforter. Hilarious. We thought someone had slept in the bed already until we pulled back the bedspread. Epic fail. Really, epic.

No inspection posted on elevator. Bathroom towels had holes, dirty shower curtain, thread bare towels, no soap dish, toilet tank leaked. Cable TV hard to navigate as only limited cable channels. Front desk worker at night was vaping. No lighting, lamp, in half of room. Would not recommend this hotel ever.

I had a long, frustating day in monsoon driving, but arriving at this La Quinta I was greeted by a warm engaging front desk clerk. I immediately relaxed.. The room is wonderful, clean and functional. Smells new in the room. Made my last three night stays for $10 less seem like false economy. Anxious for breakfast!
