Just was very welcoming, and attentive to any needs we had. The house is very nice and was well stocked and clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this host and their property!

This house was ok. Nothing spectacular, but not a bad place to stay for a couple days. AC worked great and was ice cold, house was clean, beds were comfortable and clean, neighborhood was nice and super quite. Covered parking in the back of house was nice. The bad: water pressure in the house was abysmal. all faucets including shower had very low water pressure. The bathroom sinks were the worst and had a narrow stream of water. One item of note, in the full bath there are multiple unmarked switches that I feel should have been labeled by the owner since one of the switches was a heater. Needless to say the heater was unknowingly turned on and made the bathroom very uncomfortable. lastly, communication with the owner was very poor. When we arrived (Friday)2 hours after check in time, our door code would not work. It was 90 degrees outside and our 4 yr old granddaughter was with us. I messaged him via the app several times but could not reach him. Fortunately i am a commercial locksmith and i was able to pick open a side door lock to gain access. I was not able to contact the owner until 2 hours later. The owner does not provide a contact number when renting. I had to make a 15 minute call to VRBO to get his phone number. If I was not a locksmith i would have been locked out of the rental for 2 hours. I never received a follow up call. The next day (Saturday) my access code worked.

This house was everything we needed and wanted. Plenty of room for our family and a well stocked kitchen. We had all the utensils/pots/pans/dishes to cook meals. We mostly appreciated the well established neighborhood and the covered parking in the back. The location was much closer to everything than we realized so that was a convenient plus.
