John provides great customer service and went out of his way to ensure our check in and stay was more successful then the day leading up to our arrival at the red roof inn. Rooms are clean enough and I’m the biggest scariet potential threat and only a threat to those who are threat to myself my family or anyone in my vicinity who may nott be awareor domese and I’m just a 5’2 100 pounds of attitude and military mentality and tactical in regards to the hotel guest

The room had bullet holes, a door that had been kicked in before, the TV and panel it sat on was slanted to the right, toilet stool didn't flush without taking the top off to flush it yourself, room had not been wiped or swept, no towels, the ppl were moving around all through them night very loudly.
